Explore multiple perspectives
Examine different coaching discourses, supervision theories, and approaches to broaden how you understand supervision practice.
Learn through reflection and experience
Test ideas through discussion, experiential activity, peer supervision, practice, and feedback.
Shape your own supervision model
Bring together your philosophy, purpose, and process into a coherent, professionally and ethically grounded approach.
Designed for experienced practitioners
The program is designed for experienced coaches who:
- Maintain an active coaching practice
- Hold a postgraduate qualification in Coaching, Psychology, Counseling, or equivalent
