Sarah Tennyson is an organizational psychologist with more than 20 years’ experience in leadership development, executive coaching and organizational change, working with clients across more than 20 countries.
Her work supports senior leaders and teams navigating transition, growth and organizational complexity. Recent engagements include coaching a CEO through business and cultural transformation, supporting senior executives following promotion, and coaching global leadership teams to strengthen purpose, collaboration, stakeholder relationships and performance.
As a partner of CEC Global, Sarah works across executive and leadership coaching, systemic team coaching and coaching supervision. Her approach combines organizational psychology with practical, evidence-based methods, helping leaders and teams understand their wider systems, strengthen relationships and translate insight into sustainable changes in how they work.
Before founding CEC Global, Sarah was Global Head of Professional Skills at Moody’s Analytics Learning Solutions, leading an international team of consultants delivering leadership and team development for external clients. She began her career supporting corporate and investment banks and other financial institutions worldwide.
Alongside her coaching work, Sarah provides individual and group supervision for internal and external coaches. An early adopter of coaching supervision in the U.S., she has also published research in the field.
Her work is pragmatic and solution-focused, helping leaders and teams navigate change, improve communication and influence, and develop the clarity and capability needed to perform effectively in complex organizations.
