The (Un) Clear and Present Danger: Exploring Legal Thinking in Supervision

In this session, we will use a case study to spot potential legal issues and explore the implications in coaching supervision.  The aim is to help supervisors see more than they can currently see, leaving them with an appreciation of the often unseen legal aspects of coaching issues and the obligations of the coach and supervisor.
