CONTEXT OF THE PROGRAM
The context of the Program is teams in the workplace, with particular emphasis on executive teams and project teams, although the tools, techniques and theory also apply to other forms of team.
The three-day course can be accepted as one-third fulfillment of the nine-day post-graduate certificate in team coaching.

The workshop compels you to question your current approach and look for new and more effective ways to work with teams. I’ve already put into practice many of the things I learned attending the course and I’ve seen a difference with my clients.
