A pragmatic and practical leader, Penelope Craven has over 25 years of professional and corporate experience, including 15 years as an executive coach, trainer, and facilitator. She draws on her background as a chartered accountant and strategic consultant, and on her master’s education in evidence-based coaching practices.
Penelope has held senior positions in financial, commercial, and strategic due diligence and consulting, leading cross-border projects and M&A transactions in both Europe and Asia.
She lived in Australia for nearly 20 years, working with clients across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. Recently returned to the UK, her clients are mainly based in the UK, Europe, and the United States.
