Janis Ward holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has practiced as a consultant and coach for 30 years. Her experience spans Fortune 100 corporations, national and regional government agencies, US and foreign-based companies, institutions of higher education, and nonprofits.
Janis has developed and supported employees at every level, from individual contributors and hourly employees to senior management, including CEOs and their direct reports.
As an executive coach, her areas of focus include executive presence and communication, preparing for and growing into next-level roles, change management, and navigating organizational politics.
