Benita Mayhead has 20 years of experience as a coach and leadership development facilitator, and brings a global perspective to her work.
In her leadership roles she has held responsibility for Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, and Belgium. Based in the UK, she spent two years living in Italy and regularly coaches in China, Singapore, and the US. Before her coaching career, she spent 10 years in HR within the banking and oil and gas industries.
Committed to her own development, Benita is undertaking a doctorate in coaching, focusing on a coach’s duty of care.
