This group is designed for coaches with less than 3 years of coaching experience.  It is ideally suited to those who have recently graduated from a coach training program, or who are in the final stages of their coach training, those in the process of establishing their coaching practice or who have limited coaching experience. It is suitable for both internal and external coaches and those who work either full or part time.

Angela Wright is an award-winning coach supervisor, a practicing executive and team coach, author, researcher, and co-founder of CEC Global.

Coaching Supervision has three functions:

1. ensuring the quality of coaching, upholding professional and ethical standards
2. facilitating the personal and professional development of the coach’s skills, capacities, and capabilities
3. providing the coach with the support for the emotional labor of coaching
