VICKI TARDINO

Executive Coach

Vicki’s approach is informed by her training as a psychologist and experience as an executive leader, enabling her to bring a vast toolkit from psychology and business to coaching individuals and teams. Her career started in applied research for the military, providing her with early experiences that ingrained the importance of using data and evidence-based methods to support effective thinking and action. Clients describe Vicki as strategic, caring, insightful, and having an ability to get to the heart of the matter.  Alongside her corporate coaching work, Vicki volunteers time to coach leaders of local non-profits in education and food service.
