Tawn’s varied business background includes roles in large public multinational companies to private emerging growth companies in the consumer products, technology, and entertainment space. He’s been an entrepreneur who has built, sold, and transitioned a business and successfully completed four turnarounds.
Tawn’s ultimate goal as a coach is to help clients close the gap between their current state and full potential. His extensive experience of living and working abroad enables him to adapt flexibly to different cultures and relate to leaders’ challenges of managing diverse teams. He speaks three languages (English, French, Spanish).
