Tawn brings over 30 years of experience in growth, strategy, and operations, working with organizations ranging from large public multinationals to private, emerging-growth companies in the consumer products, tech, and media/advertising sectors. He’s held C-suite roles in both public and private firms, served on and managed boards, and built, sold, and transitioned businesses as an entrepreneur. Tawn has also taught university-level courses in entrepreneurship, innovation, and corporate strategy at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

His diverse background makes him a trusted confidant to clients, as he often relates directly to the challenges they face. As a coach, he serves as a strategic sounding board—helping leaders think creatively and critically to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Having lived and worked abroad, he adapts easily to different cultures and understands the complexities of building and managing diverse teams. Tawn speaks English, French, and Spanish.
