SANDEEP JOHAL

Executive Coach

Sandeep’s corporate career spanned over 15 years, leading complex transformation projects across a wide range of markets and industries. She has lived and worked in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia, making her adept at understanding the cultural codes we operate within and code-switching across contexts.  Her coaching work is grounded in her training as a behavioral psychologist and therapist combined with her global Big 4 consulting experience.  In addition to executive coaching, Sandeep is a facilitator who has led training for over 45,000 participants across core leadership development areas.
