A pragmatic and practical leader, Penelope has over 25 years of professional and corporate experience, including 15 years as an executive coach, trainer, and facilitator, where she draws on her background as Chartered Accountant, strategic consultant and her master’s education in Evidence-Based Coaching practices. Penelope has held senior positions in financial, commercial and strategic due diligence and consulting, leading cross border projects and M&A transactions in both Europe and Asia. She lived in Australia for just under 20 years where she worked with clients across Australia/New Zealand and Asia including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. She has recently returned to the UK where her clients are mainly based in the UK, Europe and the United States.
