Executive Coach

A pragmatic and practical leader, Penelope has over 25 years of professional and corporate experience, including 10 years as a coach, trainer, and facilitator, where she draws on her background as Chartered Accountant and her education in Evidence-Based Coaching practices. Penelope has held senior positions in financial, commercial and strategic due diligence, leading cross border projects and M&A transactions. Originally from the UK, Penelope has spent over 15 years living in Australia. She has worked with clients in Europe and spent over 4 years working extensively across Asia, including  Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan.
