Mel General

 
Client Support and Operational Services

Melanie joined CEC in 2025 in the Client Services and Operational Support role.  In this role she is responsible for all the administrative and operational processes that enable our coaches to deliver the highest quality coaching engagements and solutions to clients. 

Mel brings over two decades of experience in client services for companies such as Accenture, Capita, Vodafone and smaller privately held businesses.  Mel holds a Master of Science degree in Managing Innovation and Information Technology. 

Originally from the Philippines, Mel resides in the UK and is a frequent visitor to the US.
