Klazien has a truly international perspective, from experience living in the Netherlands, UK, Indonesia, South Korea, and the USA.  Professionally, she has over 15 years of experience in HR roles in the consumer goods industry and financial services. Her roles spanned senior executive leaders through to early career talent with a global reach. 

Driven by a fascination for what drives human behavior, Klazien focuses on helping people achieve their potential. She coaches with empathy, analytical thinking, and a results orientation.  Her coaching specialties include leadership effectiveness, communication, career coaching, and personal effectiveness.
