KATHY BERNHARD

Executive Coach

Kathy is a highly experienced executive coach, consultant, and facilitator who draws on her successful career in HR, Organizational, and Management Development to drive enhanced business results for clients. Kathy brings an international perspective to her work as a coach. She has spent time working in Europe and Asia on leadership development and on creating more inclusive cultures that respect ethnic and religious minorities. A member of the YWCA Academy of Women Achievers, Kathy has served as designer, facilitator, and coach for a leading Women in STEM program.
