Executive Coach

As an executive and team coach, Karla draws on her world-class education in Coaching Psychology, using Evidenced Based practices to support her clients. She brings 10 years experience as a global leader with blue-chip companies where she managed multimillion-dollar budgets. She is also the founder of multiple start-ups focusing on investment strategy and social innovation. Karla is a true global citizen. She was born in Mexico, raised and educated at international schools in America and in Europe, and has lived and worked in nine countries across the Americas, Asia, and Australia. She coaches in English and Spanish.
