JUMMY OKOYA

Executive Coach

Jummy is a leadership development and positive psychology consultant focusing on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing.  Her work with clients and understanding of DE&I issues is influenced by over 20 years’ experience of HR and her background in positive psychology. 

After spending her formative years (5-25) in Nigeria, Jummy’s career as an educator and facilitator, has involved working with students and leaders from more than 100 countries.   She was listed among the top 50 inspirational black women in the UK in 2019, and nominated for excellence in diversity in higher education in 2017.
