Josephine Cardin-Vargo is a certified professional coach whose work spans 20 years in the marketing, media/pr, entertainment, and tech spaces.

Josephine utilizes a methodology that positively influences and supports constructive change in individual perspectives, emotional reactions, and behavior patterns of leaders, workers, and whole organizations.

Born in the Dominican Republic to parents from Mexico and Spain, Josephine moved to the U.S. as a young child and has grown up with an eclectic background of many cultures giving her a fascination with languages and human stories.
