Joakim’s corporate background means that he understands the realities of complex organizations and the demands of high-level executive positions.  A former Partner in a top-tier law firm, Joakim was consistently ranked as one of the leading practitioners is his field. His international experience includes living and working in New York, Barcelona, Sydney, and Sweden.  He currently serves as a non-executive director in five Boards in different industries.  As an executive and team coach, Joakim’s approach is systemic, collaborative, and goal orientated. He specializes in working with people transitioning into C-suite or partner roles and enhancing executive team performance.
