JANIS WARD 

Executive Coach

Janis holds a Ph.D. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and has practiced as a consultant and coach for 30 years.  Her experience spans Fortune 100 corporations, national and regional government agencies, US and foreign-based companies, institutions of higher education, and non-profit institutions.  Janis has helped develop, support, and empower all levels of employees from individual contributors and hourly employees to senior-level management, including CEOs and their direct reports. 

As an Executive Coach, Janis’ areas of focus include executive presence and communication, preparing for the next level role and or growing into that next level role if newly promoted, change management and navigating organizational politics.
