Executive Coach 

An executive coach who balances straight talk with heart and humor, Debra formerly held senior leadership roles in marketing and communications.  She supports leaders to utilize their strengths, minimize distractions, live, and lead with clarity and purpose.

Debra is experienced with coaching internationally, supporting European and Asian clients working and living in the US, and coaching people working in Asia for American companies. She knows first-hand how to manage the day-to-day issues facing executives and the challenge of balancing work and family. Debra’s clients report that they feel supported, lighter, and more focused when working with her.
