Cathy approaches leadership development holistically. She often focuses on communications as a leverage point and fosters development by reframing what’s possible, asking new questions, and uncovering complex systems dynamics.  She has coached successfully at fast-moving startups, elite professional services firms, small investment offices, and large industrial companies.

Prior to coaching, Cathy worked for more than 10 years as a communications professional at McKinsey & Company, helping both McKinsey clients and McKinsey itself with strategic organizational communications and interpersonal skill-building.
