CAROLINE DUNCAN

Executive Coach

Caroline brings over 20 years of commercial experience in finance, strategy, and HR to her role as a coach and facilitator. She coaches executives to compassionately and confidently support performance and wellbeing.  As a former chartered accountant, Caroline has particular proficiency in working with finance and other technical teams. Her Evidence-Based approach is balanced by a practical and commercial focus. Caroline has a passion for learning about different cultures. Born in the U.K., she spent 6 years living in Sydney, Australia and has also lived in Spain and Denmark. She speaks English, French, and Spanish.
