Benita has 20 years of experience as a coach and leadership development facilitator. Benita brings a global perspective to her coaching. In her leadership roles, she has been responsible for Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, and Belgium. Based in the U.K. she spent 2 years living in Italy and regularly coaches in China, Singapore, and the U.S. Prior to her coaching career, she had a 10-year career in HR within the banking and oil and gas industries. Committed to growth and development, she is undertaking a Doctorate in coaching, focusing on a coach’s Duty of Care.
