Whether coaching individuals or teams, Ben focuses on helping clients see their world from different perspectives.  He draws on 25 years as a corporate executive running billion-dollar businesses across product, marketing and business development, and firsthand experience in building and leading diverse, domestic and global teams.  Ben helps clients adjust their leadership style to navigate complex organizations, create a positive culture and lead authentically.  Ben’s coaching enables leaders to make transformational choices, equipping them for success beyond what they initially sought from him as a coach.
