Operations Manager

A core member of the team at CEC Global since its inception, Alison holds responsibility for the administrative, operational, and financial management processes that underpin delivery of our services to clients. She brings strong project and people management skills from her 32-year career in law enforcement leading the investigation & management of major crime and covert intelligence operations in the U.K.  Alison’s unflappable style, resilience, problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders is invaluable to both coaches and clients.
