Abi has over 25 years of international experience helping mid to senior-level leaders increase their personal and organisational effectiveness.

She brings a systemic focus and transformational approach to her coaching and facilitation in leadership, communication, and inclusion. She also draws on her 17 years in BBC Radio and Television to support individuals who are looking to enhance their leadership communication and presence.

Abi partners with clients to achieve shifts in their worldviews, opening up new choices and supporting strategies. This, in turn, enables them to unlock their full potential as authentic, impactful and resourceful leaders.
