Drawing on her broad business and leadership experience, Nancy brings a true partnership approach to her client engagements. This involves immersing herself in the client’s context/environment and aligning coaching tools/approaches to their real-world challenges.
Prior to her consulting and coaching career, Nancy served as Chief of Staff to the Vice Chairman and President of Human Health at Pfizer, Inc, and held senior human resources roles. Based in New York, her corporate and consulting roles have taken her around the world working with teams in Kenya, Tanzania, Japan, and Western Europe; and pioneering a senior-level job share, featured in Working Mother Magazine.
